Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd (“PSPK”) forefronts the construction division of Sharikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Berhad (“SPK”). SPK is a 100% Malaysian Bumiputra public company that was incorporated in 1961. The PSPK Group or SPK’s construction division carries out its construction businesses through several subsidiary companies, including PSPK itself, IASB Construction Sdn Bhd, etc.
